Return Window
Return and refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Reasons for Return
- You received a damaged or broken product.
- The product received is different from what you ordered.
- The product packet is tampered or unsealed upon delivery.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
- Products returned beyond the 7-day window.
- Items purchased on sale or with a special discount, unless defective.
How to Raise a Return Request

- Share your Order ID and a clear photo of the product showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or replacement.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is verified.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
