S.Ranpura Chai is a homegrown tea brand based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We source premium quality CTC and Leaf chai directly from the gardens of Assam and sell it in carefully packed portions — 250g, 500g, and 1kg — to customers across India.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Product images are representative — actual packaging may slightly vary.
• All weights mentioned (250g, 500g, 1kg) are net weight of tea leaves.

All prices on sranpura.com are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept all major payment methods — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via Razorpay.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• In case of a payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If deducted, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days automatically.
• We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.

We currently ship within Ahmedabad and across India. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.

• Ahmedabad local: Same day or next day delivery.
• Pan India: 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

We understand plans change. Here is our cancellation policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing admin@sranpura.com.
• Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund in such cases.
